it has been a busy few weeks preparing for a craft fair and i am very happy with the reception of my work. its nice to get a little back in terms of feedback and funds, which will probably end up paying for more materials. not a bad start anyway. the overheads were low this year so am not sure i would want to go bigger next year if it means a bigger pay out for venue space, although it might be good to test those waters. right now, i am very aware of the physicality of screen printing as my back is feeling the effects of a lot of print runs – this physicality is probably what i like a printing though.
